Unfortunately I cannot give a positive feedback. I purchased the Dentist pro Theme and it is buggy and in some points inflexible. After four weeks I still am waiting for answers for my questions and by now I doubt that the theme will be updated and maintained for upcoming versions of WordPress. Money wasted, theme has potential but the team is in hibernation.

Wow such great reviews for customer support yet I cant even get a email reply. DUde just blows me off in the forum and doesnt reply to my emails etc. Kinda odd you got all these awesome reviews for customer service,. but you have no customer service,. lol

I purchased the Gardening theme and it is not functioning in WordPress. There are very few options available to make changes, the live preview does not work, it comes back with errors. The free version is much better and gives you more options than this. For example, the top header I am unable to make any changes to the Demo Phone number and e-mail. I cannot erase or modify any of the blocks so it is useless.

This company sucks. I downloaded the christmas theme and got no help.. Did the instructions exactly and can’t fix the contact information. I wasted $200 of this. Beware! Stay away!

It is supposed to be a multi-language theme, and with polylang we have obviously been able to change the languages of the pages and posts, but the home page that is created with the theme configuration manager only allows us in one language. How can we add more languages to that configuration?

Likewise, if we add doctors in 3 languages, how do we ensure that they are shown in what they are? with the shortcode it shows us all,

I purchased Ebook theme, was charged $30 and nothing. No email to download Pro theme.
My credit card was charged. But your system still shows I need to pay for my order.
All the links on Documentation page are broken with “Page not found”

Got a bad feeling already.
Calling my credit card company today to dispute charges since product was not what was described and promised.

It appears that many themes are unable to be uploaded into wordpress. If you do manage an upload you will find outdated plugins which require the AUTHOR to update the theme. Many non-commerce themes seem to have the same template as a commerce theme and are identical. Changes made to a theme seem to run into errors when publishing. I would like a refund. Thankyou. And don’t say raise a ticket because i’ve raised many.
